This policy explains what personal information Initial Web Design ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short, because we collect deliberately little.

1. What we collect

• Contact form. When you send an inquiry we receive the name, email address, budget, and project details you type in. Nothing is collected from the form unless you press send.
• Email and phone. If you contact us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service.

This website does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your inquiry and discuss your project.
• To carry out and administer projects you commission.
• To meet legal obligations such as accounting records.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for.

3. Who processes your data

Two service providers handle data on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel hosts this website and processes standard server logs.
• Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email.

4. How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to paid projects are kept for as long as legally required (for example, for tax purposes), then deleted.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to its processing, or to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

Our website and Services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
